Turcot Joailliers will process your order within 24-48 hours.

We solely ship with FedEx. Your parcel will be exclusively priority insured shipping. A signature will be required upon delivery of each order.

For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Free delivery on a 5km radius from the boutique.

Local pick-up

We also offer in-store or curbside pick-up. Please have the confirmation e-mail in hand with a valid piece of ID. If someone else is going to pick-up the order, please advise us beforehand with the name of the person. We will request the e-mail confirmation and valid ID of the person. No exceptions will be made.

Domestic and U.S deliveries

For any other domestic and U.S deliveries, Turcot Joailliers charges a flat rate of 30$.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We always accept in-store returns and exchanges according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
